Mt Buffalo

I like to use the Mount Buffalo ride in training camps as part of my pre-season. It’s a great climb to find your rhythm and “climbing legs” as the gradients are fairly gentle, however it still has some sharp corners and steeper sections as a challenge.

About 18km into the climb there is a nice little downhill section which provides a minute or two to catch your breath and take a drink before you tackle the final part of the ascent up to Dingo Dell.
